Refund Policy

Plain English: If you're not happy with your subscription, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. After 14 days, cancel anytime to stop future charges. We always auto-refund failed AI operations.

1. 14-day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Crescendo Social: AI Job Hunter subscription for any reason, email us within 14 days of your subscription purchase and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase through Google Play or our web checkout when available.

2. After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or via the original purchase platform - cancellation stops future renewals immediately and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

3. Failed AI Operations

If an AI operation (resume analysis, optimization, cover letter generation, interview prep, etc.) fails on our side before delivering a result, the AI credits used are automatically returned to your balance. No action is required from you and this is not bound by the 14-day window.

4. Google Play Purchases

For subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store, Google offers a self-service refund path within the first 48 hours: open the Play Store app, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select your Crescendo subscription, and tap Request a refund.

Between 48 hours and 14 days, simply email us at hello@crescendosocial.com and we will issue the refund through the Google Play Console within 1-2 business days. The refund returns to your original payment method via Google Play.

5. Web Purchases

For subscriptions or credit packs purchased through our web checkout (when available), email us at hello@crescendosocial.com within the 14-day window and we will refund directly to your original payment method within 5 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@crescendosocial.com from the email address associated with your Crescendo Social account. Include:

  • Your account email
  • The platform you purchased on (Google Play or web)
  • The approximate purchase date
  • The order ID or transaction reference (if you have it)

We reply within one business day and process eligible refunds immediately.

7. What Is Not Refundable

  • Subscriptions outside the 14-day window - cancel anytime to prevent future charges
  • One-time AI credit packs after the 14-day window
  • Renewal charges on subscriptions you did not cancel before renewal
  • Charges processed by Google Play under its own dispute rules, which take precedence and are governed by Google Play's refund policies
