Delete Your Account

Cancel active subscriptions first. Successful deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted: Your account, all job applications, resumes, cover letters, interview prep data, AI credits, product analytics, uploaded files, and public CV media associated with your account will be removed from the live app.

Option 1 - Delete from the app

Fastest way - immediate live-system deletion

Open the Crescendo Social: AI Job Hunter app on your phone, go to Profile - Delete Account, and confirm. If no active paid period remains, your live account data and uploaded files are deleted immediately. If billing is still active, deletion is blocked and you will be directed to subscription management.

Option 2 - Request by email

Processed within 7 business days

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account within 7 business days. Please send the request from the email address associated with your Crescendo Social: AI Job Hunter account so we can verify your identity.

What happens after deletion

  • Your login credentials will stop working immediately.
  • Live profile, career, analytics, AI-history, and uploaded-file data is deleted, including public CV media URLs.
  • Active Dodo Payments or app-store subscriptions must be cancelled first, and deletion remains blocked until the current paid period ends.
  • De-identified billing transaction records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, or legal obligations.
  • A one-way deletion audit hash may be retained for up to 30 days to verify completion; it does not contain your email or original user ID.
  • Backup copies, infrastructure logs, email-delivery records, and processor caches may take up to 30 days to age out.
  • Support correspondence may be retained where needed to complete your request, prevent abuse, or handle legal claims.
  • Files you intentionally downloaded or exported remain on your device and must be deleted from that device by you.
  • Deletion is irreversible. We cannot recover your data after it has been deleted.
