Delete Your Account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted: Your account, all job applications, resumes, cover letters,
interview prep data, AI credits, and any other data associated with your account will be
permanently removed from our servers.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest way. Open the Crescendo app, go to
Profile → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and all data will be
deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account within
7 business days. Please send the request from the email address associated
with your Crescendo account so we can verify your identity.

What happens after deletion
- Your login credentials will stop working immediately.
- All personal data is permanently deleted from our database and file storage.
- Any active subscription must be cancelled separately in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store — we cannot cancel it on your behalf.
- Deletion is irreversible. We cannot recover your data after it has been deleted.
